We’re seeking a dedicated 2IC (Second-in-Charge) to join a vibrant and well-established Out of School Hours Care (OSHC) service located in near Penrith , supporting a licensed capacity of 138 children . As the 2IC, you’ll play a key leadership role alongside the Coordinator — helping to manage daily operations, support a passionate team, and deliver high-quality care and engaging programs for school-aged children.
